Stopping for Pho on a SEAC Outing 09/07
These metro lines I think I know.
The fares are raised, yet still I go;
SEAC family will guide me there
To watch pho steam up to my nose.
The Brandeis shuttle provides some use.
At 6:30 we go
Into Pho Hoa Restaurant:
Eat is what we come to do.
Smiling, talking with new friends made,
We cannot cease our stomachs’ sound;
This Vietnamese bowl of soup
We seek to put into our mouths.
The smell is lovely, flavorful meat.
Pho shall lay before my seat,
And warm my belly as I eat,
And warm my belly as I eat.
-Viet Tran
SEAC members enjoyed a night out in Chinatown with a delicious dinner of Pho and some bubble tea for dessert.
